RETURN POLICY

 

Returns

If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us to arrange the return. We will make a refund, provided the goods are returned to us in perfect condition and in their original packaging. Please return the delivery note with the item and state the reason for the return.

Please note personalised goods cannot be returned unless a mistake has been made on our part, please email if this is the case.

We do not refund postage costs unless an item arrives damaged due to our
negligence.

 

Faulty Product

If a product is faulty, we will offer a full refund or replacement for up to 30 days after purchase. After 30 days, dependent on circumstances, we may offer a small discount on a future order if we deem to be acceptable.

 

Items lost in the post

We always obtain a Certificate of Posting so that in the event that the item does not arrive and is lost in the post we are able to replace item.

Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us, in the unlikely event that you are not happy with your purchase or service provided please contact us and we will do our utmost to resolve matters amicably and effectively.
