**COVID 19 UPDATE FOR DESPATCH AND DELIVERY
With effect from the 12th January 20121 we will until further notice be despatching orders on a Tuesday and Friday only, the next anticipated despatch date will continue to be shown at the very top of the website and we will do our best to adhere to this time frame . We are however currently experiencing longer than normal waiting times for stock arriving at our premises, please be aware that this may delay the despatch date on your order, if this is the case we will contact you to notify you that this is the case.
Orders can still be placed at any time.
All orders will be despatched using Royal Mail first class service however during these difficult times due to Royal Mail staff shortages because the virus it is unlikely that orders will be delivered within the normal 24 hours, so please allow 3-5 working days for delivery from despatch. If you need something sooner please contact us and we will investigate if this is possible.
***COVID 19 UPDATE REGARDING PACKAGING
We would strongly recommend that all packaging is disposed of immediately upon receipt and that your hands are washed thoroughly with soap and water for 20 seconds in accordance with government guidelines.
Postage and packing is £1.95 for the 1st item and a £3.50 for 2 or more. Therefore you will pay no more that £3.50 postage for your order.
All items mailed with the UK will normally be sent Royal Mail First Class. Royal Mail aim to deliver most First Class mail by the next working day, including Saturdays, but this is not gauranteed.
Please allow up to 7 working days before making enquiries.
Where possible we send international parcels using Royal Mail International Signed For. Royal Mail aim to deliver International signed for within six working days to international locations but please allow up to 14 working days.
Where parcels are sent Airmail International Signed For a signature is required upon receipt. We cannot dispatch to PO Boxes as a signature is required by Royal Mail and couriers.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to pay local customs fees, import tax etc.
All our products are packed in vibrantly coloured paper bags or tissue paper which can be used instead of wrapping paper and are easily be recycled.
Once we have used all our current stock of plastic mailing bags they will be replaced by oxo biodegradable bags, when these bags have finished their useful life they will degrade and biodegrade within a short period of time. Both our old and new stock however may be recycled in your local supermarket at the carrier bag recycling point.
Covid 19 update regarding mail bags. Biodegradeable mail bags are in short supply and as a result of this other mail bags may be used.
